Returns

We accept returns only within the first 7 days of receiving your item & only as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We do charge a $25 restocking fee. Refunds will be issued only once we have received the returned item(s). Please contact us if you have a defective or damaged item.

Copper Cactus Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages!

Custom work

At this time we are accepting custom work. We require a $50 deposit before we begin work. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Because we strive to ship ready-made pieces out either the same day, or the next day, we do not currently have a provision for cancellations. Please know your size prior to ordering.
